Normally only available through winter, its popularity extended this throughout the year. It uses both Chocolate Wheat and Chocolate Barley malt in the grain bill along with a host of other grains - especially the darker grains for enormous flavour and colour depth. Brew volume can be varied any where from 15 litres (no extra water added) up to 20 litres depending on flavour intensity and body required. Use SAF S04 or one of the White Labs English Ale yeasts.
