Mosaic Pale Ale: A pale ale medium light in colour easy drinking made using the flavour of the month American hop Mosaic. Comes with the American strain safale yeast, the US-05. We recommend using the White Labs WLP001 California Ale for absolute best results. We also recommend using the light Grain Enhancer for extra flavour and body.
