The Dark Ale Improver is similar to the Beer Improver but is used in the darker beers.It is a mixture of dark dried malt extract and dextrose, supplying your beer with more of a malty flavour and improved body while still giving you a full strength beer.Use in place of the 1kg of brewing sugar.
