ThisPale Ale is all about big Cascade hopped flavour, well-balanced with a big zesty citrus hop aroma, full malt character with a big bitter finish. Personally, being a "hop-head" I like to "dry hop" with 25 gr of Cascade Hop Pellets to get that extra hop flavour and aroma. (more)
