Intended to mimic the iconic Aussie bitter with pilsner modified malt and generous use of Australian Clusters hops. Typically the bitterness is not that high but the slightly drier finish enhances this and produces a great session beer that shows how the original would have been made before accountants started running the brew house.Use either SAF US05 or SO4 for a more "fruity" flavour.
